1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
- Some remote locations may have longer delivery timelines or limited COD availability.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
(Delays may occur due to weather, courier partner issues, or unforeseen events.)
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹79–₹149 may apply depending on location.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for most pin codes across India.
- COD orders may attract an additional handling fee of ₹49.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number.
- You can track your order status online until it reaches your doorstep.
7. Delivery Issues
- If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Damaged Packages
