Refund & Returns Policy – Modern Home Decore

We want you to love every purchase from ModernHomeDecore. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

1. Easy Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is:
✔ Damaged or defective
✔ Incorrect item delivered
✔ Significantly different from the description

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used décor items (candles, open tableware, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items purchased during clearance sales

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (for prepaid orders).
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different style or product, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
